Privacy Policy
1. What we collect

Your IP address is never stored in readable form. It is passed through a salted one-way hash the moment it arrives, and only that hash is written down. We cannot reverse it.
2. What we do not collect
No name, no phone number, no payment details, no location, no device identifiers, and no behavioural tracking. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your language choice is kept in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
3. How long we keep it
- Email address — deleted promptly after the launch announcement is sent. Deleted immediately if you ask, or if we abandon the launch.
- Hashed IP, user-agent, access records — deleted automatically 7 days after collection.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone. Two providers process data on our behalf:

Vercel never receives your email address — it serves the page files only, and processes the connection records that any web server produces. If you would rather not have your connection handled in the United States, please do not use this page.
5. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your data at any time, and you do not have to explain why. Email upforce0@gmail.com and we will act on it without delay. Asking us to delete your address removes you from the waitlist — that is the whole effect, and there is no other consequence.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe a child has submitted an address, email us and we will delete it.
7. How it is protected
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
- IP addresses are hashed, never stored raw.
- No key shipped in this page can read the waitlist. Reading it requires a server-side credential that never leaves our infrastructure.
- Writes go through a single server function that rate-limits per address.
The app
Everything above describes this web page. The Hustle Marathon app has an account, so it holds more than an email address. This is all of it.

What the app does not collect
- No real name, phone number, address, payment details, location, contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers.
- Share-card background photos stay on your phone. When you put your own photo behind a share card, the app keeps a copy on your device and reads it there — it is not uploaded. The one exception is explicit: if you attach an image to a community post, that image is uploaded and shown with the post, as the table above says. Deleting the post removes it from every screen.
- No analytics and no advertising. There is no third-party tracking SDK in the app. If we ever add product analytics, this policy and the App Store privacy label will say so before that version ships.
- Reminders are scheduled on your device, not sent from a server. We do not hold a push token for you.
What other people can see
Nothing, unless you turn ranking on — and it is off until you do. With ranking on, other users see your nickname, your distance, your pace and your streak. They never see your goal, your reason, your tasks, or your notes. Those are yours and are never shown to anyone else.
Share cards are drawn on your own device. Nothing is published anywhere unless you export the image and post it yourself.
How long the app keeps it
For as long as your account exists. You can end that at any time from inside the app: Settings → Delete my account. That removes your account and everything attached to it — distance, goal, tasks, notes, nickname — immediately and permanently. There is no waiting period, no archived copy, and no way for us to restore it afterwards.

9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will be posted here. If a change materially affects how we use an address you already gave us, we will email you before it takes effect.

If you are in Korea and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972), the Korea Internet & Security Agency privacy centre (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118), or the Personal Information Protection Commission (pipc.go.kr).

IP 주소는 읽을 수 있는 형태로 저장하지 않습니다. 도착 즉시 솔트를 붙인 단방향 해시로 바꾸고 그 해시값만 기록하며, 회사도 원래 주소를 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
2. 수집하지 않는 항목
이름, 전화번호, 결제 정보, 위치 정보, 기기 식별자, 행태 정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다. 이 사이트는 쿠키를 사용하지 않으며, 광고·분석 스크립트를 심지 않았습니다. 언어 설정은 이용자 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에만 남고 회사로 전송되지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 이메일 주소 — 출시 안내 발송 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 이용자가 삭제를 요구하거나 출시 계획이 철회되는 경우에는 즉시 파기합니다.
- IP 해시값·브라우저 정보·접속 기록 — 수집일로부터 7일이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
이메일 주소를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 아래 두 곳에 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.

Vercel은 이메일 주소를 전달받지 않습니다. 웹페이지 파일을 전송하고, 웹서버라면 남기는 접속 기록만 처리합니다. 미국에서의 접속 기록 처리를 원하지 않으시면 이 페이지 이용을 중단하시면 되며, 그 외 다른 불이익은 없습니다.
5. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있고, 이유를 설명하실 필요가 없습니다. upforce0@gmail.com으로 보내주시면 지체 없이 처리하겠습니다. 삭제를 요구하시면 사전예약 명단에서 빠지는 것이 전부이며, 그 밖의 불이익은 없습니다.
6. 만 14세 미만 아동
만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 등록한 것으로 보이는 주소가 있다면 알려주시면 삭제하겠습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신 구간을 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- IP 주소는 원본을 저장하지 않고 해시값으로만 보관합니다.
- 이 페이지에 포함된 어떤 키로도 명단을 조회할 수 없습니다. 조회에는 외부로 나가지 않는 서버 측 자격증명이 필요합니다.
- 등록은 단일 서버 함수를 통해서만 가능하며, 주소별로 요청 횟수를 제한합니다.
앱
위 내용은 이 웹페이지에 관한 것입니다. 허슬마라톤 앱은 계정이 있으므로 이메일 주소보다 많은 것을 보관합니다. 그 전부는 아래와 같습니다.

앱이 수집하지 않는 항목
- 실명, 전화번호, 주소, 결제 정보, 위치 정보, 연락처, 건강 정보, 광고 식별자를 일절 수집하지 않습니다.
- 공유 카드 배경 사진은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 배경으로 넣은 사진은 기기 안에 복사본을 두고 그 자리에서 읽으며 업로드되지 않습니다. 예외는 하나뿐입니다 — 커뮤니티 글에 이미지를 첨부하면 위 표대로 업로드되어 글과 함께 표시됩니다. 글을 삭제하면 모든 화면에서 사라집니다.
- 분석·광고 도구가 없습니다. 앱에 제3자 추적 SDK를 넣지 않았습니다. 이후 제품 분석 도구를 도입한다면, 그 버전이 배포되기 전에 이 방침과 앱스토어 개인정보 라벨에 먼저 반영합니다.
- 알림은 기기에서 예약되며 서버에서 보내지 않습니다. 회사는 푸시 토큰을 보관하지 않습니다.
다른 사람에게 보이는 것
랭킹을 켜지 않으면 아무것도 보이지 않으며, 랭킹은 기본이 꺼짐입니다. 랭킹을 켜면 다른 이용자에게 닉네임, 거리, 페이스, 연속 일수가 보입니다. 목표, 이유, 할 일, 회고는 어떤 경우에도 다른 사람에게 보이지 않습니다.
공유 카드는 이용자의 기기에서 만들어집니다. 본인이 직접 내보내 올리지 않는 한 어디에도 게시되지 않습니다.
앱의 보유 및 이용 기간
계정이 존재하는 동안 보유합니다. 앱 안에서 언제든 종료할 수 있습니다 — 설정 → 계정 삭제. 계정과 거기 딸린 모든 것(거리, 목표, 할 일, 회고, 닉네임)이 즉시 그리고 영구히 삭제됩니다. 유예 기간도, 보관본도 없으며 회사도 복구할 수 없습니다.
