1. Who we are

This page is operated by UpForce ("we"), the maker of Hustle Marathon. You can reach us at upforce0@gmail.com.

2. What joining the waitlist means

Giving us your email says one thing: you want to be told when Hustle Marathon launches. It is not a purchase, not a subscription, not an account, and not a reservation of a place in line. It creates no obligation on either side.

Everything on this page describes a product still being built. Features, pricing, the distance rules, the launch date — all of it can change, and the launch may be delayed or cancelled outright. Nothing here is a promise that any specific feature will exist.

3. What we ask of you

• Submit your own email address, not someone else's.
• Do not use scripts, bots, or automation to submit addresses.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the page or the service behind it.

We may remove an address from the waitlist without notice if it appears to breach the above. In practice this means junk entries get deleted.

4. Leaving

Email upforce0@gmail.com and we will delete your address. Every message we send will also carry an unsubscribe link. There is no penalty and no confirmation loop.

5. Ownership

The text, images, screen mockups, logos, and design of this page belong to UpForce. You are welcome to link to the page and to share it. Copying or redistributing the content as your own, or using the Hustle Marathon or UpForce marks without our written permission, is not allowed.

6. No warranty, and the limits of our liability

This page is provided free and as-is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from the page being unavailable, from a launch announcement arriving late or not at all, or from the product changing or never shipping. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law — including your rights as a consumer.

7. Personal data

How we handle your email address is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date are always shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the page after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, please stop using it and ask us to delete your address.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
